Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water — up to 4,000 PSI — to blast through blockages and scour the inside of drain and sewer pipes clean. Unlike drain snaking, which punches a hole through a clog, hydro jetting removes the entire buildup from the pipe wall. It's the most thorough drain cleaning method available and the right call for stubborn blockages, recurring clogs, and main line buildup.
Hydro jetting is particularly effective in Arizona homes because of hard water mineral buildup and grease accumulation in kitchen lines. It's also the best preparation before a camera inspection — a clean pipe gives a much clearer picture of what's actually going on inside the line.
